If you would like to reach approximately 300 of the most dedicated and enthusiastic educators in the U.S. and Canada face to face, and over 45,000 educators via email, please consider becoming an exhibitor or sponsor for the National At-Risk Education Network's National Conference, February 21–23, 2012, in Panama City, Florida.

Our attendees are teachers, administrators, counselors and social workers. They work in a variety of settings and they are eager to learn about best practices and programs for reaching at-risk kids. If you think your service, program or product could help them achieve their goal of increasing their students' chance for success in school and in life, we would love for you to have the opportunity to make them aware of what you have to offer. Based on suggestions from our previous conferences, the 2012 exhibit hall will be more centrally located and beverage and snack breaks will take place in or near the exhibit hall to increase exposure to your exhibit.

Each exhibit booth purchase comes with one complimentary conference registration. NAREN's 9th Annual National Conference will take place at the beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort & Conference Center.

Exhibitor and sponsor pricing and details are below. Our exhibitor/sponsorship packages will promote your company every time we mail to our list of over 45,000 educators, which we do regularly. The sooner you sign up, the more exposure your company will receive. NAREN is currently accepting Sponsor, Exhibitor and Vendor applications for the 2012 conference. There has been a radical and positive change in how this is being done this year, and hopefully from now one. There are now three ways you can promote your service or product and support NAREN at the same time. There are options that can be combined to create a more powerful impact in helping get your program, cause, organization, school or university noticed. We have offered this type of opportunity so that your logo or business name can ALSO be placed on all of our outgoing emailed newsletters to (at this time) approximately 40,000 educators each time it goes out FROM NOW UNTIL February 15, 2012.

* We can always guarantee a nice suite but at some point all the oceanfront suites will be taken — a good reason to reserve well in advance!

** The chart shows that you receive a vendor's table in the Exibit Hall beginning at the $500 mark (along with everything marked "X" below it. You also receive a "conference registration" as a dividend at the $500 level. A conference registration on the chart means you also may attend any session for free (normally $325) plus all meals and snacks that NAREN provides are free (we spend around $85 per person for food and snacks which includes a continental breakfast each morning, the luncheon on Wednesday and snacks on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon and the reception and cocktail hour on Wednesday evening.
