NAREN proposes to wrap at-risk youth in a curriculum that is personalized and follows the NAREN Nine Facets of Quality Educational Programming for at-risk youth. Until now, there has been no specific curriculum suggested. Until now.

The NAREN Nine state THAT if you adhere to them in building or rebuilding your alternative program your chances of success are substantially increased. However, despite requests, NAREN avoided specifying much more than that, leaving it up to each district to develop its own curriculum.

That was before we began working with Lynn Stoddard. An 82-year-old living example of the compassionate, intelligent, and dedicated educator — a 35 year veteran teacher and administrator — who wrote a small, straightforward book which had gone out if print. Upon asking our Director, Anthony Dallmann-Jones, for his help in republishing the book it was discovered that the two men together had a chemistry that resulted in a new and expanded (near double in size) paradigm shifting practical book for educators. Basically, a new concept has been born, and it is one of those books: "Of course! This is what the classroom should be like!"
